AGILE AND PROVOCATIVE
The new IS is bold, athletic, and performance focused. A newly designed spindle grille helps create an undeniable sense of presence, flanked by sleek, yet light-weight headlamps that emphasize IS’ low centre of gravity. Plus, sleek, yet sharp character lines mark IS’ profile, complemented by muscular fenders designed to accommodate the larger available 19” wheels and large diameter tires.
F SPORT
F SPORT models boast a host of visual and performance cues that immediately set it apart, from a unique front bumper, rocker molding, F SPORT 19-inch wheels, and available carbon-fibre rear spoiler, to a race-inspired cockpit with features like F SPORT accelerator pedal, brake pedal, footrest, and combination meter, along with distinctive ornamentation.
LEXUS DRIVING SIGNATURE
The 2021 IS is the first to sport the new Lexus Driving Signature, that looks to forge an even closer bond between driver and car. To build the purest expression of a sports sedan, first we had to build the ultimate track to sharpen it. The newly built Shimoyama is a 5.3 km test bed of curves, corners and multiple surfaces, where IS was pushed to the limit to infuse an ever-higher dimension of performance.
DRIVE MODE SELECT
Drive Mode Select lets you tune your ride to suit your mood or the moment with the simple turn of a dial. Choose ECO for increased fuel efficiency, Normal for an optimal balance of efficiency and performance, or Sport for added exhilaration. Lexus IS F SPORT packages add to the adrenaline rush with Sport S/S+ modes that bring faster gear changes, and reduced body roll.
THOUGHTFULLY ENHANCED
IS’ interior is thoughtfully and intelligently designed to engage your senses and enhance your command and control. The gauge cluster reinforces the sense that you’re seated in the true cockpit. An available 10.3” high resolution multimedia monitor redefines the art of at-a-glance information transfer.
BACKUP CAMERA
All 2021 Lexus IS models feature the convenience of a full colour backup camera. When in reverse, the view from the camera is shown on the display audio screen to help you see what’s behind, and normally out of view. A system of dynamic grid lines makes parking easier than ever.
